Pick a spot

Choose a spot on the back of your arm. Look for the fattiest part.

Clean the spot with the included alcohol wipes. You can also use regular soap. Dry thoroughly to ensure sensor sticks.

Peel open the sensor pack and unscrew the cap from the sensor applicator.

Insert the sensor applicator into the sensor pack.

Do not touch inside the applicator. Your sensor is now ready to apply.

Place the applicator on your arm and press down firmly and evenly.
