A few things are more annoying than not knowing when something you've ordered will arrive. Here are our estimates of our general delivery times and shipment logistics by region.

In the US, Veri is available in all states excluding:

Arkansas, District of Columbia, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia.

This restriction is due to state regulations prohibiting asynchronous consultations.

In order for your first order to ship, you'll need to fill out a consultation questionnaire, which only takes a few minutes to complete. Once this is filled, it gets reviewed by a physician within 1 day. After approval, it gets shipped, and usually takes between 3-5 business days for it to arrive.

We use USPS as our courier by default; if your order has been delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with your neighbors or family members if they received it on your behalf.

Your subscription renewal will trigger the shipment to go out automatically on the same day each month.

We ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.

We ship the sensors daily (on weekdays), and the general delivery time is 4-6 business days. GLS delivers the parcel to your home, in Finland Posti will deliver it to your nearest Posti pick-up location. Your subscription renewal will trigger the shipment to go out automatically.

The sensors ship daily (on weekdays) from our EU warehouse. Please bear in mind that you might need to pay customs fees before being able to accept the order. Please check with your local authorities regarding these fees.
