The back of the patch has a paper circle in the middle, and two half circles around it. Peel one of the half circles off, keep the middle circle intact and place it in the center of the sensor. Evenly lay the 1st half onto your skin. Now remove the 2nd half-circle, and place it on your skin. That's it, you're all done!
