The sensor is to be used 24/7, so taking showers is absolutely fine. You might get a spike from hot water!

The sensor can be worn also while casually swimming 🏊‍♀️ If swimming for longer than 30 minutes, at depths deeper than 91 cm/3ft, or in saltwater, wearing waterproof tape on top is recommended to ensure the sensor stays put and reads accurately!
