If you forgot your password and need to reset it, go to the following link to reset your password. Enter the email associated with your Vertical City account and click Reset Password. Your new login link will be emailed to you. You can then update it according to the steps below:
To update your password:
Log into your account.
Select My Account on the side navigation panel.
Enter your current and new password into the Update Your Password Section.
When ready, click Update Password.
