This article details the various user roles and their permissions for each module within VetLogix.
There are 6 preset roles that users can be assigned:
Administrator: This role is for practice mangers, partners or owners. This is the only role that allows for full access to clinic finances/reports.
Administrative: This role is for receptionists or office managers. Users associated with this role cannot conduct work orders or be on the schedule.
Veterinarian: This role is intended for veterinarians.
Technician: This role is intended for vet techs.
Consultant: This role is for veterinarians offering specialized services for a practice (e.g., nutrition consults)
Client: This would be a farm level user; currently only applicable for the HerdLogix app.
