This article will explain how to manage some of the administrative settings relating to your practice management setup.
Log in to app.vetlogix.io with your user credentials.
From the side navigation, select Configuration > Practice Management
On this screen, you can:
Upload a logo for your practice.
Add the address and phone number of your practice.
Add additional financial information related to your practice, including managing default practice settings for billing periods and statement start dates.
NOTE: client-level settings override the practice’s default billing configuration to support individualized billing needs. To learn how to configure individual client settings, see Client Profile & Settings.
Add any standardized text you want to appear on each invoice (for example, Payment is due upon receipt unless prior arrangements have been made. Late payments may be subject to additional fees).
When you're done, select the 'Save Settings' button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
