Mobile App: How to add and manage open calls

NOTE: If your practice is using the Scheduling module without certain features enabled you will not have the ability to use open calls.

The open calls feature allows users to create, add and track open requests right from the mobile app. This enables veterinarians on the road to quickly assess and respond to urgent or unscheduled appointments.
