Mobile App: How to add and manage events

The scheduling calendar allows mobile vets to efficiently manage everything from farm visits to staff meetings

NOTE: If your practice is using the Scheduling module without Work Orders enabled, you will notice these key differences from what is shown in the video:

  • The "Document Work Order" button will not be visible. Instead, users will see a "Check In" button, which sets the event status to In Progress when clicked.

  • Once an event is set to In Progress, a "Mark Completed" button will appear on the event. Clicking it changes the status to Completed.

The scheduling calendar helps mobile vets stay organized, reduce scheduling conflicts and improve client communication.
