This article details the steps involved to reset your password if needed. The steps to follow are the same whether you are using the desktop admin app (app.vetlogix.io) or the Scheduling app that's installed on your mobile device.
From the login screen, select the 'Forgot password?' link.
Enter the email address associated with your user account and then click the 'Send Me Reset Password Instructions' button.
You will see a confirmation prompt appear informing you that you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Open the reset password email and follow the instructions given to reset your password.
