Temporary issue with newly created product records

Update - January 21, 2026: This issue has been fully resolved. All inventory adjustments and billing operations are now functioning normally.

What Was Affected:

  • Inventory adjustments for products created within the last 48 hours

  • Completing work orders that contain newly created product line items

  • Finalizing invoices that contain newly created product line items

What You May Have Experienced:

  • An error message when attempting to complete work orders or finalize invoices

  • "No On Hand Inventory" warnings for new products

Resolution:

Our engineering team has identified and resolved the underlying issue. All billing operations and inventory adjustments are now working as expected. If you continue to experience any problems, please clear your browser cache and refresh the application.
