Inventory Accuracy Across All Locations: If your practice operates across multiple storage locations, you may have noticed stock levels not reflecting actual usage. That's now resolved. Inventory consumption is tracked correctly at every location, so your counts and reports are accurate.
Client Management
Find Any Client, Any Status: Searching for a client and coming up empty? This was happening when clients weren't marked as "Active." Your team can now find any client record - regardless of status - without any workarounds.
Smarter Location Defaults in Client Profiles: Location options in Client Profiles now default more intelligently, reducing the number of manual selections your team has to make when creating or updating records.
Billing & Invoicing
Price List Overrides Save Every Time: Manually adjusted pricing was reverting after saving. Price list override amounts now save and display correctly - every time.
Invoice Void Reasons Now Record Correctly: Voided invoices were defaulting to a blank void reason regardless of what was selected. This is now corrected, keeping your financial records accurate and audit-ready.
Product Configuration
Unsaved Changes Warning: A new prompt now appears if you navigate away from the product configuration screen with unsaved changes. No more accidentally losing your work.

Nothing! This update applies automatically on March 10, 2026. If you don't see changes right away, a quick browser refresh or app restart will take care of it. Some mobile users may need to update manually via the app store.

We're a multi-location practice β what changed with inventory? Inventory consumption wasn't processing correctly across locations, causing stock levels to fall out of sync. This has been fully resolved. Your inventory will now reflect accurate usage at every location.
Do we need to re-enter any price list overrides? If an override was entered previously but appeared to revert, you may need to re-enter it once. Going forward, all overrides will save correctly. If you'd like help confirming your pricing setup, reach out to your Customer Success representative.
Why couldn't we find certain clients in search before? Search was unintentionally excluding clients not flagged as "Active." All client records are now returned in search results, regardless of status.
Our voided invoices showed blank void reasons β is that fixed? Yes. Void reasons now record accurately at the time of voiding, keeping your invoice history clean.
Will this update affect HerdLogix? HerdLogix remains at version 1.9.6 and is not impacted by this release.
