Tax Breakdown and Tax Summary
Statements now include a Tax Breakdown of applied taxes and a Tax Summary of the tax collected on statement invoices.
Expanded Account Activity
The account summary and account-activity sections have been updated to show Account Activity for Payments, Credits, Refunds, and Voids.
Scheduling
Scheduling Open Requests
When you schedule an open request, it now functions as a Scheduled Event and appears on the calendar right away, with a confirmation when it's scheduled. Note: Open Requests will no longer auto-start Work Orders.
Inventory
Storage Location Prompt
When a storage location is needed, the system now prompts you to assign one before you can add product line items or finalize an invoice. The message is clearer and offers a quicker path to resolve it.

Action Required: Updates are applied automatically. Users should log out of the Admin app and refresh their browser to see the latest version. Mobile apps will update based on device settings; some users may need to manually update their app to the latest version in the app store.

What happens when I schedule an open request now?

Why am I being asked to assign a storage location?
