Modernized Scheduled Events
The Scheduled Events page has a refreshed header with server-side search, filtering, and pagination.
Hide Cancelled and No-Show Occurrences
A new status filter lets you hide cancelled and no-show occurrences from your working calendar view.
Accurate Occurrence Status
Recurring events now show their real status — cancelled, no-show, and in-progress occurrences display correctly instead of always reading "Scheduled."
More Reliable Recurring Events
We've made a series of reliability improvements to recurring events: deleting a series with an unusual end date, editing or cancelling occurrences without creating duplicates, and consistent handling of repeat intervals and the repeat modal.
Rescheduling Now Moves the Work Order
When you reschedule an occurrence that hasn't started yet, its linked work order now moves with it automatically.
If work has already started or the occurrence is complete, rescheduling is blocked and VetLogix explains why; cancel the occurrence and create a new one if you need to change the date.
Finance & Statements
Statement Review, Built In
Statements that need a second look now show a clear "needs review" status, with a panel to review, remediate, and resolve — plus a status indicator on your statement list.
Confirm Before Back-Dating
If you set an invoice or payment date into a period you've already billed, VetLogix now asks you to confirm before saving. This isn't a block — it's a deliberate check, and it's logged.

Withhold now displays on the Animal Health Record in both the Admin and Scheduling apps.

HerdLogix notifications to your producers now include withhold information.
Manufacturer Label Now Available in Products

Action Required: Updates are applied automatically. Users should log out of the Admin app and refresh their browser to see the latest version. Mobile apps will update based on device settings; some users may need to manually update their app to the latest version in the app store.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why did my work order move when I rescheduled an appointment?
As of 2.10.2, rescheduling an occurrence that hasn't started yet automatically moves its linked work order along with it, so the two stay in sync.
Why won't VetLogix let me reschedule this occurrence?
Once work has started on an occurrence, or it's marked complete, rescheduling is blocked because moving it would leave its work order behind. Cancel the occurrence and schedule a new one if the date needs to change.
Will withhold on my invoice PDF change what my clients are charged?
No. It adds withhold information to the document; it doesn't change any charges.
What should I do if I'm still experiencing issues mentioned in this release?
