How to Set Up Your Clinic Account

Before you begin

You'll need:

  • Your practice management software name (e.g., AVImark, Cornerstone, Impromed, Covetrus Pulse)

  • An admin email address for your account

Setup steps

  1. Go to https://app.vetverifi.com and click Get Started for Clinics.

  2. Enter your clinic name, address, email, and phone number. VetVerifi verifies your clinic against the AVMA directory — this typically takes less than 1 business day.

  3. Select your practice management software from the integration list. If yours isn't listed, select 'Other' and our team will reach out within 2 business days.

  4. Designate an account admin. This person manages staff access and integration settings.

  5. Accept the VetVerifi Clinic Terms of Service.

  6. You're live. Your clinic will appear as a verified source on the VetVerifi network.

After setup

Once your clinic is verified, records associated with your patients can flow through the network. Pet owners with SmartTags linked to your clinic will have their vaccination status updated automatically when you enter vaccines in your PIMS.

Share your clinic's VetVerifi enrollment with your clients — it's a differentiator that shows you're ahead of the curve on digital records.
