The AI Copilot is VetVerifi's intelligent inbox for vet clinics. It surfaces incoming record verification requests, flags overdue vaccines for your patients, and drafts responses — reducing the time your front desk spends on administrative vaccine work.
What the Copilot does
Consolidates all inbound record requests from pet service businesses into one inbox
Auto-drafts responses to common requests, which staff can review and send in one click
Identifies patients whose vaccines are approaching expiration and queues reminder outreach
Flags discrepancies between your PIMS records and what's been shared on the network
Provides a running log of all record-sharing activity for your clinic
What the Copilot doesn't do
It does not send anything without direct vet clinic record contribution
It does not modify records in your PIMS
It does not contact pet owners directly on your behalf without your authorization
