Your vet clinic has recently joined VetVerifi and not yet completed their first sync
The vaccine was administered at a different clinic that isn't connected to your pet's profile
Your pet's profile isn't fully linked to the correct clinic
What to do
Check that your pet is connected to the right clinic.
If the clinic is correct, contact your vet and ask them to confirm the vaccine is entered in their system and synced to VetVerifi.
If the vaccine was given at a different clinic, ask that clinic to share it through VetVerifi.
š” Record syncing happens automatically and usually within minutes of a vet entering a vaccine in their system. If it's been more than 24 hours since a vaccine was given, something may need attention.
