When contacting support, include

  • Your API partner account ID

  • The endpoint you're calling

  • The full request (redact your API key)

  • The full error response

  • Your programming language / SDK

SLA for approved API partners

Approved API partners have a 99.9% uptime SLA for the production API. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Check status.vetverifi.com for real-time API status.
