Vev offers Google, Adobe, and custom font options, so you can express the full power of your brand and creative vision.
🔠 Add fonts to Vev
Fonts can be added on a workspace or project level.
Adding fonts on a workspace level will automatically add the font to all projects within that workspace. To do this, click the gear icon next to your chosen workspace.
From the Settings page that appears, scroll down to the + Add Fonts section.
Add Google fonts to a project
From the command bar:
Hit
⌘+PorCTRL+PSelect Fonts
Select Google
Click Add to library for the font you want to add
The font(s) you added will now be ready to use from the Font Family dropdown
From the style panel:
Click the text element then click the text type in the style panel
Click the Font Family dropdown in the pop-up
Select More fonts
Choose Google, Adobe, or Custom fonts
Click Add to library on the font you want to add
Note: You will need to re-upload or add the fonts from the Custom Font menu into your project when copy/pasting text to other projects.

Hit
⌘+porCTRL+PSelect Fonts
Select Adobe
Click Add API key
Enter your API key
In the Type field, choose between Shared with account or Personal Key
Hit Save
Add custom fonts to a project
Upload your font files:
Hit
⌘+porCTRL+PSelect Fonts
Select Add custom font at the bottom-left of the Fonts panel
Click Add font files
Upload your files
Note: You need to upgrade to the Professional plan to upload custom fonts.

Does using Google fonts in Vev violate GDPR regulations?
Google is a data processor that records IP addresses of visitors to your site in order to serve fonts from their CDN. This can be interpreted as an issue for GDPR because this identifying datapoint (IP address) is not necessarily stored in the EU.
You can safely use Google Fonts in your Vev projects without worrying about GDPR violations. Vev's Design Editor uses the Google Fonts API to give you access to the latest font versions. However, these fonts are transferred and hosted on the Vev CDN when you publish your project, meaning they can’t be tracked by Google.
