VEVYE® (cyclosporine ophthalmic solution) 0.1% should be stored at 59° to 77° F (15° to 25° C). Do not freeze or refrigerate. VEVYE is to be used within 30 days after first opening. Unused product should be disposed based on FDA recommendations.

Do not use if tamper-evident ring attached to the white cap is not intact. After first opening, the tamper-evident ring of the cap remains on the bottle neck. Retain cap and keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.

Warnings and Precautions

  • To avoid the potential for eye injury and/or contamination, do not touch the bottle tip to the eye or other surfaces.

  • VEVYE should not be administered while wearing contact lenses. Remove contacts prior to using VEVYE. After applying wait 15 minutes before reinserting contact lenses.

  • The most common side effects include eye irritation (8%) and temporary blurred vision (3%).
