How do I prescribe VEVYE?

VEVYE® (cyclosporine ophthalmic solution) 0.1% is indicated for the signs and symptoms of dry eye disease. It can be prescribed through PhilRx, a partner pharmacy.

Instructions on prescribing VEVYE to your patient.

Step 1: Locate PhilRx Pharmacy in the State of Ohio

(ensure you are searching for PhilRx in the retail pharmacy finding. You may need to change the state to Ohio.)

You can find PhilRx in one of the following ways:

  • Search by phone number (855) 977-0975

  • Search by NPI: 1487163598

  • Search by address: 150 E. Campus View Blvd, Suite 210, Columbus, OH 43235

Step 2: Search for and select VEVYE® (cyclosporine ophthalmic solution) 0.1% from the EMR list.

Step 3: Ensure patient's information is correct when submitting a prescription to PhilRx including mobile number to make it easy to PhilRx to reach out.

Final Step: PhilRx will send your patient a text within minutes to confirm enrollment and process their prescription.

Warnings and Precautions

Potential for Eye Injury and Contamination – To avoid the potential for eye injury and/or contamination, patients should not touch the bottle tip to the eye or other surfaces.

Use with Contact Lenses – VEVYE should not be administered while wearing contact lenses. If contact lenses are worn, they should be removed prior to administration of the solution. Lenses may be reinserted 15 minutes following the administration of VEVYE.

Adverse Reactions

In clinical trials with 738 subjects receiving at least 1 dose of VEVYE, the most common adverse reactions were instillation site reactions (8%) and temporary decreases in visual acuity (3%).
