For Inventory Storage Fees 🏠 | If you’re storing inventory in our warehouse, wallet funds will be used for daily storage charges. A low balance could affect storage continuity. |
💰 Steps to Add Funds to Your Wallet
Keeping your wallet recharged is simple. Just follow these easy steps to add funds and keep your account moving smoothly.
Step 1: In your vFulfill account, you can either click on the Wallet icon 💳 or go to Manage Funds under the Profile icon 👤.
Step 2: This will take you to the Wallet Summary. Click on Add Funds to Wallet to begin the process.
Step 3: Next, a form will pop up asking you to enter the amount you wish to add and choose your preferred payment method 💵.
Step 4: Based on your chosen payment method, further steps will be different.
a) If You Are Adding Funds via Wire Transfer:
Select Wire Transfer as a method in the form to proceed.
A new pop-up will appear. Copy the Transaction ID from this pop-up along with all the bank details shown 🏦. (This is a mandatory step)
You can also get these details on your Whatsapp number or E-mail by clicking on given option.
Tick the check box to confirm the transaction and and Continue with Payment to proceed 👉.
As a final step, Go to your payment app 📱, paste the bank details, VFTN ID in remarks and complete the payment.
Once your transfer is completed, our team will review the transaction. We’ll match the Transaction ID (VFTN) generated on your vFulfill account with the VFTN ID mentioned in transaction remarks.
If everything checks out, the payment will be approved and added to your wallet within respective processing time. ✅
Helpful Reminder for Wire Transfer Request:
Always mention the generated transaction ID (VFTN) in remarks when making the transfer.
Ensure the amount mentioned while submitting add funds request matches the exact amount you are transferring. This helps in properly mapping your payment to your account and avoids delays.

b) If You Are Making Payment via Instant Credit:
Choose Instant Payment via Razorpay as your payment method in the form to proceed. You will see that the amount will be displayed along with the additional fee included.
Next, Click on Continue with Payment to proceed 👉
Choose your preferred payment gateway and complete the payment 💳.
That’s it! Once the payment is done, your wallet will be updated, and you can use the funds for sourcing, order processing, or any other services on vFulfill.
For USD Payments
The process for adding funds in USD currency is the same as INR currency payments. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount you'd like to add, and follow the same instructions to complete the transaction..
