βCOD Remittance is the process of transferring the cash collected from your customer during delivery to your vFulfill Wallet. Once an order is marked as Delivered in our system, we verify it and credit the amount to your vFulfill wallet π°.
β
In this article, weβll walk you through how COD remittance worksβfrom the moment your customer pays in cash to when the amount appears in your vFulfill Wallet.
πΈ How COD Remittance Works?
When a COD order is delivered to your customer and marked as Delivered in our system, the following transactions are created in your wallet:
β
β
Transaction | Description |
COD Fee | A pending transaction for the COD fee. |
Convenience Fee | A pending transaction for the percentage fee. |
COD Remittance | A pending transaction for the COD amount, credited in the next payout cycle. |
Tax Management Fees | (If applicable) Deducted for GST services provided by vFulfill. |
π· Here's what these transactions look like in your vFulfill Wallet :

π How Often COD Remittance is Processed ?
We process COD remittances twice a weekβonce on Monday and once on Thursdayβto make sure youβre regularly receiving payouts from successfully delivered orders.
π Orders Delivered From | π¦ Remittance Processed On |
Sunday to Tuesday | Thursday |
Wednesday to Saturday | Monday |
π Note: If a remittance day falls on a public or bank holiday, itβll be processed on the next working day.
Once your COD remittance is credited to your vFulfill Wallet, you can submit a request to withdraw the funds to your bank account at any time. Simply follow the withdrawal process, and the amount will be transferred according to your bank's processing times.

β
Step 1:

π΄ Go to your Wallet >> Transaction Logs.
βπ‘ Choose the Filter by criteria : either filter by date of creation of the transaction or by date of approval.
β
π’ Apply the date filter to narrow the time period as per your requirement.
π£ Select the payment status from the drop-down. For example: to check only the payments which are processed, select processed option from the menu.
β
βStep 2: π― Next, Click on Filter via Transaction Heads and select COD Remittance and apply the filter.
β
π This will list all the COD remittances processed in that period - just like what youβll see in the screenshots below.
