Since vFulfill will receive and collect payments for your COD orders, it’s essential for us to verify your identity so we can track transactions and make timely payments to your vFulfill wallet. 💰 So, kindly ensure all details are filled in correctly.

Once you've submitted your KYC form and documents, here's what happens next:

  • Automatic Verification: Our system reviews and verifies your documents within a few minutes ⏱️.

  • 👥 Manual Verification: Our team will carefully review your documents 🧐. This can take up to 3–5 business days ⏳.

If there’s an issue (e.g., unclear or pending documents), we’ll notify you with instructions on what to correct ⚙️.

❌ What to Do if Your KYC Is Rejected?

In rare cases where your KYC is rejected, we’ll display the exact rejection reason on your vFulfill account's home page under Complete Your Profile section.

To resubmit:

  1. 📧 Review the rejection reason.

  2. ✍️ Correct any issues with your information or documents.

  3. 💻 Re-upload the updated documents from the KYC section on your vFulfill account.

  4. ✅ Submit again for verification.

The way charges like fulfillment fees, forward shipping, convenience fees, and other deductions are applied can differ depending on whether you're operating as a GST-registered partner or not.
