In this article, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process to link individual products or create a product bundle, depending on what suits your store listings best.

A) Link a Single Product 🔗
Step 1: In your vFulfill account, go to Products >> Store Products.
Step 2: Click on Other Actions >> Link Products next to the unlinked product.
Step 3: Choose Link Single Product and click Continue.
Step 4: In the next pop-up, search for the vFulfill product using Product Name or Product ID, then click Continue.
Step 5: You’ll be taken to the Variant Mapping page. Match the variants and click Save Variant Mapping & Continue.
🎉 That’s it! Your product is now linked with a vFulfill product ID and ready for fulfillment.
B) Link Multiple Products (Create a Bundle) 📦
This works great if your product is a combo or kit made from more than one vFulfill item.
Step 1: In the Store Products, click Other Actions >> Re-link Product next to the unlinked product.
Step 2: Choose Link Multiple Products and click Continue.
Step 3: In the next pop-up, search for the products from the vFulfill Catalog using Product Name or Product ID, then click Continue.
Step 4: You’ll land on the Variant Mapping page. Map the variants and click Save Variant Mapping & Continue.
🎉 Done! A bundle is now created, and your product will display a Bundle tag in the Store Products list as shown in the image below.
Basically, if a customer places an order for this linked product, all mapped items in the bundle will be packed and shipped together automatically - no extra steps required from your side.
