This is a step-by-step guide to update your Payment Method after you've onboarded to VicPay. If still onboarding, please refer to this article.
As a reminder, there are three payment methods:
Virtual Card - get paid faster
ACH
Check
This example will show you how to navigate to the two ACH options, where you can then use the Plaid widget to connect your account by either:
Entering your log-in details for supported banks
Directly entering your account information and verifying the micro-deposit.

Step-by-Step Guide for navigating to changing payment method
Prerequisite: User must have AR Admin access
Log into VicPay from app.vic.ai
Select Admin from the Application Selector
Select Payment Information in the Receivables Tab
Click Edit to the right of Payment Method
Virtual Card Guide
Want to get paid in the fastest manner possible, select the Virtual Card method!
Click Select Virtual Card Payment
or Click the Virtual Card tile and then the Select Card button
ACH Manual Account Entry Step-by-Step Guide (microdeposit verification)
This details how to manually enter your ACH account details and utilize the micro-deposit verification.
Click Select another payment method
Click the ACH button, and then Connect Account
Click Continue as guest as the bottom of the window
Drag the scroll bar on the right to the bottom. Click Link with account numbers
Enter your Routing Number and then click Continue
If greeted with a username/password login, Click Enter Account Number instead
Enter your account number twice, and then click Continue
Select the appropriate Account Type, and then click Continue
Click Authorize
Log into your bank account, and look for the $.01 micro-deposit. Copy the three-letter code from the transfer
Enter the three-letter code into the Plaid Widget and click Continue
That's it, your ACH details have been confirmed!
ACH Login Entry Step-by-Step Guide
This details how to enter your ACH account details by logging into your bank account via the Plaid widget.
Click Select another payment method
Click the ACH button, and then Connect Account
You can enter a phone, or click Continue as guest as the bottom of the window.
Click on your bank account tile, or search the name and then click on your bank.
You'll be redirected to your bank login. Login and verify as needed, and your ACH details will be entered automatically!
