Make your profile unique by adding an Avatar image, which will appear throughout Vic.ai, in places like the Change History, or Approval flow.

Click the profile, which may be initials if no photo has been added, then click the camera icon before uploading an image for use.

Now, anywhere that actions are attributed to you in Vic.ai, your profile picture will appear like the Approval flows or the Change History of an invoice.
