If you want to use your sub-domains for presenting "Video Pages" and "Review Pages," then you need to connect your subdomain with our system.

1) Go to Settings > Under Connect Sub-Domain > click on Connect

2) Enter your preferred sub-domain. Note, this sub-domain MUST NOT exist for any other projects. It has to be a brand new sub-domain. Click "Save"

3) Now, we reveal TWO cName records. You need to add them to your hosting server tied with the domain.

👉 Adding cName records to cPanel

1) Once you log in, go to "Zone Editor"

2) Find your domain > click on +CNAME RECORD > then copy and paste BOTH records that we provided inside your Vidello account

‼️ Wait a couple of days before changes are propagated and your subdomain is connected to your profile ‼️

👉 Adding cName records to your GoDaddy account

1) Inside GoDaddy> go to "Domain Portfolio" > search for your domain > and click on "Edit DNS"

2) Click "Add More Records," which will show an option for another cName record > click on "Type" and choose "CNAME" in both rows > copy and paste both values from inside the Vidello account > click on "Save All Records."

‼️ Wait a couple of days before changes are propagated and your subdomain is connected to your profile ‼️

⚠️ FOR GODADDY CNAME RECORDS DO NOT COPY THE ENTIRE DOMAIN NAME BUT JUST PART OF THE CNAME RECORDS BECAUSE GODADDY ADDS THE DOMAIN AUTOMATICALLY TO THE RECORDS ⚠️

Check out the example below:

This is what it looks like from inside Vidello App

👉 Adding cName records into your HostGator account

1) In your HostGator account > go to "Hosting" > and click on "cPanel"

2) Scroll-down to "Zone Editor"

3) Find your domain > click on +CNAME RECORD > then copy and paste BOTH records that we provided inside your Vidello account (one by one)

‼️ Wait a couple of days before changes are propagated and your subdomain is connected to your profile ‼️
