There was an error executing the saving routine

This error can be caused by a permission issue. Try the following:

1. Temporarily disable your firewall and any antivirus software

*If the issue gets resolved, add the Vidello app to your security app's whitelist

2. Run the app as an Administrator

If the issue persists,

  • If you have a Mac OS: press CTRL OPTION SHIFT 7

  • If you have a Windows OS: CTRL ALT SHIFT 7

This opens a window that lets you save the Vidello logs.

Save the logs file and contact support.
