If you have received an "Email Address Not Found" error message, after attempting to reset your password, double-check to ensure your email address is correct.

Also, please be sure you have received an appointment notification from your provider's office. If not, you may not have a scheduled telemedicine appointment.

If you do have a scheduled appointment, contact the support team to help verify your identity and correct email address.
