Use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox - Other web browsers like Safari and Internet Explorer, are currently not supported.

Chrome is the preferred browser. You can download it here: www.google.com/chrome

Click the “Download Chrome” button

A pop-up window will ask if you want to install the program, confirm that you would like to continue the download.

Another pop-up window may appear asking if you want this program to make changes to your computer, say yes.

An instillation file will begin downloading. It will automatically open and ask if you want to run it, say yes.

If it does not begin installing automatically, look at the bottom left of your browser for a file called "ChromeSetup.exe". You can open it by clicking on that file.

Once it is finished, open up your new browser. It may ask you to sign into a Google account, this is not required to continue

You can start browsing by clicking in your URL bar & telling it where to go!

If you would like to use your smartphone, open the email from your device and you will be linked directly to the app store. We currently support Android and Apple devices.

Are you using the latest version of Google Chrome?

Click on the button with three horizontal lines to the right of your URL address bar and select "Settings".

Click on “About” (bottom of the left menu)

It should list the version of Google Chrome you are using, and allow you to update a newer version available

Once update has finished, please close out of your browser & reopen it.
