15 minutes before your appointment, you will see a "Start Appointment" link for you to begin the check-in process.

Once you confirm your information, you will enter your appointment.

If you have previously denied access from the settings menu, the following error will appear:

After clicking "Allow Camera" you will be taken to your system preferences for the app.

Please change your camera and microphone settings to reflect this, by clicking on the slider:

Once completed, go back to your Home screen. You will then reopen the app and enter your appointment.
