1. Report a Listing or Profile
If you believe a listing or user profile violates our Nondiscrimination Policy:
Go to the listing or profile
Click “Report this listing” or “Report this user”
Select the reason and add any supporting details
2. Report a Message
If someone sends you a discriminatory or inappropriate message:
Click the three-dot menu next to the message
Select “Report this message”
Follow the prompts to submit
3. Report an Offline or In-Person Incident
If you experience discrimination during a stay or interaction:
Contact Vidle Support with full details
Include names, descriptions, and any supporting documentation
For immediate threats, call local emergency services first

If a violation is found, we may take action ranging from warnings to removal from the platform
