🚩 Reporting a Problem With a Listing

Common reasons to report a listing:

  • False or misleading information

  • Inappropriate photos or language

  • Scam or phishing attempts

  • Listing doesn’t appear to be legitimate

How to Report:

  1. Go to the listing

  2. Click “Report this listing”

  3. Select the appropriate reason

  4. Add any details or screenshots

  5. Submit for review


📨 Reporting a Suspicious Message or Profile

  • Report a message: Use the three-dot menu next to a message in your inbox

  • Report a profile: Go to the user’s profile and click “Report”


⚖️ Reporting Illegal Content

To report content you believe violates the law:

  1. Include:

    • The type of activity

    • A direct link (URL)

    • A clear explanation and any evidence

  2. Confirm your report is submitted in good faith


🛏️ Reporting an Issue During Your Stay

You have 72 hours from discovering an issue to report it.

Step 1: Contact Your Host

  • Take photos/videos of the issue

  • Message your host through the app

  • Request a resolution or refund through the Resolution Center

Step 2: Contact Vidle Support

  • Go to your reservation > “Get Help”

  • Our team will assist with refunds, rebooking, or next steps

  • If eligible, you may be protected under our Guest Protection Policy


🚨 In an Emergency

  • Call 911 or local emergency services immediately

  • For urgent non-emergency issues, contact our 24/7 support team
