Common reasons to report a listing:
False or misleading information
Inappropriate photos or language
Scam or phishing attempts
Listing doesn’t appear to be legitimate
How to Report:
Go to the listing
Click “Report this listing”
Select the appropriate reason
Add any details or screenshots
Submit for review
📨 Reporting a Suspicious Message or Profile
Report a message: Use the three-dot menu next to a message in your inbox
Report a profile: Go to the user’s profile and click “Report”
⚖️ Reporting Illegal Content
To report content you believe violates the law:
Include:
The type of activity
A direct link (URL)
A clear explanation and any evidence
Confirm your report is submitted in good faith
🛏️ Reporting an Issue During Your Stay
You have 72 hours from discovering an issue to report it.
Step 1: Contact Your Host
Take photos/videos of the issue
Message your host through the app
Request a resolution or refund through the Resolution Center
Step 2: Contact Vidle Support
Go to your reservation > “Get Help”
Our team will assist with refunds, rebooking, or next steps
If eligible, you may be protected under our Guest Protection Policy
