IF YOUR VIDEOS DID NOT COMPLETE PROCESSING

Sometimes if you lose wifi signal or LTE goes in and out while your answers are still processing, they may get hung up on the device. You can tell if that has happened by viewing your vidscrip via web as opposed to in-app. If you see red x’s over any answers, you’ll need to go back into the app to save the answers:

  1. Tap to the Record Tab
  2. Tap on My vidscrips
  3. Tap on the vidscrip you are wanting to edit
  4. Tap the three lines located under the question bar towards the top of the screen to pull down the full table of contents
  5. At the top, tap the three dots located to the right of the title of the vidscrip
  6. Tap Edit
  7. Tap Record located in the upper right corner
  8. Tap on the first question
  9. Some of your questions will now show again the options to “Use it” or “Um, no” - You’ll want to go through the questions and make sure to tap “Use it” for all answers*
  10. Once you do this, the system will finish processing all your answers
  11. You can check the status of the answers by tapping the three lines on the question bar to pull down the table of contents
  12. Under each question, if it is processed, it will populate the author’s name. Otherwise it will say “Processing” underneath each question

*Note: While tapping “use it” again through your various questions be very careful - in this moment if you accidentally tap “Um, no” your answer will be lost.
