Organization Selection Easily choose the organizations you are affiliated with to view and manage events related to your role. This makes it easy to keep track of the events that matter to you.

Event Management Browse both upcoming and past events with an intuitive interface. Events are organized in a straightforward way—nearest upcoming events are displayed first, while past events are sorted by the most recent.

Guest List Management View a complete list of guests registered for your event. Check guests in with just one click, and use the search bar to quickly find specific attendees. Filter guests by their check-in status to see who has already arrived and who is still expected.

QR Code Scanning Use the in-app camera to scan QR codes from Viewcy tickets, streamlining the guest check-in process.

Check-In/Check-Out Functionality Check guests in quickly with a single click. If needed, you can also check a guest out, with a double-click confirmation to avoid accidental changes.

Logging In Log in to the app using your credentials. This allows you to access events associated with your organization.

Select Your Organization After logging in, select your organization from the list provided. If you do not see any organization listed, please ensure that you have been added to an organization within Viewcy.

Accessing Events Once you select an organization, you can access both upcoming and past events. Simply tap on an event to view details such as the guest list and ticket information.

Checking In Guests Navigate to the event guest list. Use the search function to locate a specific guest or scroll to browse. Tap the check-in button next to a guest's name to mark them as present. A visual confirmation will appear.

Scanning QR Codes Select the QR Scan option from the event detail page. Point your device's camera at the QR code on the ticket to check the guest in. The app will automatically validate the ticket and update the guest status.
