Viewcy offers a flexible pricing structure designed to make creating and managing events as accessible as possible. Here’s an overview of our fee policy:
Free Features
Event Creation: Creating events on Viewcy is entirely free.
RSVPs: Accepting RSVPs is also free, allowing you to gather attendee information without any extra cost.
Donations: For online events, accepting donations is free, ensuring you can easily support your cause or project without added expenses.
Ticketed Events For ticketed events, Viewcy applies a small fee of 1.0% + $0.69 per ticket. A portion of this fee—33% to be exact—goes into our Universal Creator Income Fund, which helps fund artist-curated projects from around the globe.

Payment Processing Fees To process credit card payments, we use Stripe, and we also support PayPal as a secondary payment method:
For payments within the US from US-based patrons, Stripe's fees are 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
PayPal's fees are 3.4% + $0.49 per transaction.

Offsetting Fees You can offset the costs of ticket and payment processing fees by adding additional charges to your tickets. This way, you can not only cover these expenses but also increase your margins if desired. How much you add is entirely up to you, giving you full control over your ticket pricing.
