Want to showcase events from multiple organizers in one calendar? Here's how you can easily create an aggregated event calendar:

  1. Create a Community Organization:

    • Set up a new organization on Viewcy specifically for your community. This organization will act as the "hub" for all events from the group.

  2. Add the Community Organization as a Collaborator:

    • Ask each organizer in your community to add the newly created community organization as a collaborator for their events. This can be done when setting up or editing an event.

  3. Events Automatically Aggregate:

    • Once the community organization is added as a collaborator, all the events will automatically appear on the aggregated calendar of the community organization.

  4. Embed the Aggregated Calendar:

Why Use an Aggregated Calendar?

  • Showcase your entire community’s events in one place.

  • Enhance collaboration and visibility for all organizers.

  • Make it easier for your audience to discover a wide variety of events.

This method allows you to effortlessly create a unified and dynamic calendar that updates in real-time!
