At times, event-goers may find that they are unable to attend an event, and may want to transfer their tickets to someone else. To facilitate this, our app now allows users to send their tickets to a friend, with a few simple clicks.
There are two ways to do it:

You will lose access to the ticket once it’s shared. Double-check the information you enter before sending your tickets. This action is irreversible.
Sending from the confirmation email:
Once you purchase a ticket you will receive a confirmation email regarding the ticket.
In the purchase info, click on the "Send to a Friend" option. You'll find it just beside the View ticket button
Enter your friend's name and email address, and click on the "Send" button.
That’s it! Your friend will receive an email with the new ticket, which they can use to enter the event.
Sending from your account dropdown menu:
Log in to your account, click the profile icon to reveal the main menu. Click on "Tickets & subscription" and you'll see all your upcoming events tickets there.
Select the ticket you want to send and on the next page you'll find the "Transfer ticket" option.
A pop-up table will appear in which you are required to enter your friend's name and email address and click on the "Send" button.
Your friend will receive an email with the new ticket, which they can use to enter the event.
