Overview
The Private Access feature allows event organizers to curate a specific list of invitees who can view and purchase selected tickets, identified by their name and email address. This feature also enables primary invitees to share unique codes or links to extend the invitation to others, within organizer-defined limits.
Purpose
This feature is designed to give event organizers complete control over ticket sales for exclusive events. It addresses the need to:
Restrict ticket sales to a curated list of invitees.
Empower invitees to extend the invitation in a controlled manner.
Provide detailed tracking and labeling of guest types (primary vs. secondary invitees).
Prevent unauthorized access and misuse of ticket purchase privileges.
Key Features
1. Create and Manage Invitee Lists
Organizers can compile a list of invitees by email addresses.
Lists can be created manually via the organizer dashboard via the Private Access Lists section.
2. Restrict Ticket Visibility and Purchase
Only users whose email addresses match the invitee list can view and purchase tickets.
Invited users must create an account with their specified email to access the tickets.
3. Set Purchase Limits
Organizers can define the maximum number of tickets each invitee or shared invitee can purchase.
4. Enable Controlled Invitation Sharing
Primary invitees receive a unique code or link to share with others.
Secondary invitees can use the shared link/code to purchase tickets within the defined limits.
5. Track and Label Guests
The guest list labels each attendee as either a primary invitee or a secondary invitee.
Secondary invitees are linked to the primary invitee who invited them, providing a clear provenance of ticket purchases.
Using the Feature

Set the purchase limit per list member or shared invitee:
Choose between Unlimited or Limited.

See detailed information, including:
Guest name and email.
