A Multi-Entry Pass allows customers to purchase a single ticket that provides multiple credits. These credits can be applied to attend one or more events in a series. It’s ideal for concert series or recurring events where customers want flexibility to choose which events to attend. It's like a punch card!
Setting Up a Multi-Entry Pass
Follow these steps to create and configure a Multi-Entry Pass:
Go to Event Setup:
While creating or editing an event, navigate to the ticket section. (Event page>Details>Tickets)
Configure Entry Credits:
Click on the 'Multi entry pass', and fill out the necessary info. Look for the setting “How many times can customers attend selected events with this purchase?”
Enter the number of credits you want to offer.
Example: If you want the ticket to allow 5 entries, enter 5.
Select Eligible Events:
At the bottom of the same page, find the section to select events.
Add all the events that customers can apply their credits toward.
Example: If there are 5 concerts in the series, select all 5 events.
Save and Publish:
Finalize your settings and save the event.
How It Works for Customers
When customers purchase the Multi-Entry Pass, they receive credits based on the number you configured.
These credits can be applied to:
Multiple events: Customers can spread their credits across different events you’ve included.
The same event: Customers can use multiple credits to attend the same event multiple times.
Example Scenario:
You create a Multi-Entry Pass with 3 credits.
You include 5 events in the pass.
A customer can:
Attend 3 different events once, OR
Use all 3 credits for the same event, OR
Any combination (e.g., 2 credits for Event A, 1 credit for Event B).
