How to Cancel/manage Your Membership or Subscription

If you need to cancel your membership or subscription, follow the simple steps below. You can manage your membership (change card, pause etc) as well.

Steps to Cancel or Manage

Log In
Visit viewcy.com and log in to your account.
Open the Menu
Click on the Profile Icon in the top-right corner to reveal the main menu.
Select “Tickets & Subscriptions”
From the dropdown, choose Tickets & Subscriptions. Then click on Memberships
Locate Your Subscription
Find the subscription you wish to cancel and and click on View.
Manage Your Subscription
On the next page you'll find Manage subscription button on top right. Click and you'll be able to cancel or manage your subscription from there.

Once canceled, your subscription will no longer renew, but you may keep any remaining benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
