Viewcy's recurring event feature is designed to help you host multiple sessions — such as weekly classes or multi-day events — under a single event page.

This is ideal when:

  • You have an event that spans multiple days (e.g., Aug 10 & 11) and want the same ticket options for each day

  • You’re offering classes on different days, and want attendees to buy tickets for each session individually, but from one event page

This keeps your event page clean and unified, while allowing separate ticketing per session or date.

How to set it up:

  1. Log in at viewcy.com and click Create Event

  2. Enter your basic event details (title, description, etc.)

  3. In the “Start time / Schedule” section, click “Create a weekly recurring schedule”

  4. Select all the days your event or classes will take place — including the first day of your event

  5. Check the box for “Repeat this schedule until” and set the end date to avoid ongoing repeats beyond your intended time period

  6. Finish the steps

  7. Set up your ticketing options — these will be shared across all dates

  8. Fine tune the event page by adding additional information, location, collaborator, videos and additional images.

  9. Save and publish your event

What attendees will see:

Your audience will see a dropdown or calendar of dates when they click on the Get tickets/ Book now button on the event page. They can choose the date that suits them and buy a ticket for that specific day.

Tips:

  • This feature works when ticket types are the same across all dates

  • If ticket pricing or types vary per day, create separate event pages for each date
