Add Your Ticket to Apple Wallet

Ticket holders using an iOS device can add their event tickets directly to Apple Wallet for easy access and entry. This feature provides a scannable digital pass that includes all essential event details.

How to Add Your Ticket

  1. Open your ticket page on your iPhone.

  2. If your event is coming up and your ticket is valid, you’ll see an “Add to Apple Wallet” button.

  3. Tap the button.

  4. Your phone will download the ticket and prompt you to add it to Apple Wallet.

Once added, you can open it anytime from your Wallet app.

What You’ll See in Your Wallet

Your ticket will include:

  • Event name

  • Date and time (with timezone)

  • Venue details

  • Seat number (if assigned)

  • A QR code for entry

When the Option Appears

You’ll only see the “Add to Apple Wallet” button if:

  • You’re using an iPhone

  • The event hasn’t happened yet

  • Your ticket is valid

Important Notes

  • This feature works on iPhone only

  • Tickets for past events can’t be added

  • Google Wallet is not supported right now

Having Trouble?

If you don’t see the button or can’t add your ticket:

  • Make sure you’re opening the ticket on an iPhone

  • Double check that your event is in the future

  • Try refreshing the page or opening it in Safari
