This page allows you to view, manage, and track your events, whether you are the event owner, admin, or a team member.

Events Overview

To access the Events Overview, navigate to your organization's Business Tools and then click on "Events" in the left sidebar (or menu on mobile). This page allows you to view, manage, and track your events, whether you are the event owner, admin, or a team member. Below is a guide to understanding the features.

What Can You Do on the Events Page?

  1. See All Your Events
    The Events page shows all events that you are associated with, either as an owner, admin, or through a team. Each event is listed with key details, including the date, revenue, and tickets sold.

  2. Search for Events
    You can easily find specific events by using the search bar. Simply type the event's name, and the list will update with relevant results.

  3. Filter Events
    Narrow down the events you see by using filters:

    • Upcoming: View events happening in the future.

    • Past: View events that have already taken place.

    • Category: Filter events based on categories (e.g., workshops, concerts) specific to your organization.

Key Information for Each Event

For every event you are involved with, you will see the following details:

  • Event Name & Date: The name of the event is clickable, allowing you to access the full event page. The event date is shown right below the name.

  • Revenue: This shows the total revenue generated by the event. Click the revenue amount to see a detailed breakdown of event sales.
    Note: If you don't have admin privileges for the event, this section will display "N/A" with a message explaining the lack of access.

  • Tickets Sold: You’ll see how many tickets have been sold and the number of different ticket types (e.g., General Admission, VIP). These numbers are also clickable for more details:

    • Tickets Sold: Links to the guest list.

    • Ticket Types: Links to the ticket setup view, where you can manage ticket categories.
      Note: If you don't have admin privileges, this will display "N/A."

Expanding Event Details

To view more details about each event, you can expand the row by clicking the chevron icon on the far right. This will show a breakdown of ticket types and quantities sold for that event.

If you'd like to see these details for all events, you can click "Show all" at the top of the column to expand all rows simultaneously. Click again to collapse them.

Accessing Event Stats & Guest Lists

  • Event Stats: You can view the event’s statistics by clicking on the revenue figure, where you’ll find detailed insights about ticket sales and revenue performance.

  • Guest List: By clicking on the number of tickets sold, you can access the full guest list for the event, allowing you to see who has registered or purchased tickets.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q1: Can I see events I’m not an admin for?
A: Yes, events where you are a team member (but not an admin) will appear, but you won’t see details like revenue or tickets sold. These will display as “N/A.”

Q2: How can I manage tickets for an event?
A: Click on the number of ticket types (e.g., "3 types") to be taken to the ticket setup page, where you can manage and edit ticket categories.

Q3: Can I view past events?
A: Absolutely! Use the “Past” filter to view events that have already occurred and track their performance.
