What you'll need

  • Amazon Signage Stick(s) and in-box accessories

  • An Amazon account (We recommend using your Amazon Business account, if available.)

  • A mobile device or computer connected to the internet

  • A secure Wi-Fi network name and password

Install VMcast on an Amazon Signage Stick

  1. Plug the Amazon Signage Stick into your TVs HDMI and a wall power outlet.

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to begin setting up your Signage Stick. Getting started with Amazon Signage

  3. Sign in using your Amazon account. No payment methods are hooked to this sign in. It is only for access to the Amazon Signage Console and mobile app.

  4. When prompted to "Choose CMS", select "VMcast Healthcare TV".

  5. Installation may take around 5-10 minutes. Once complete, you'll see the sign in screen for VMcast Healthcare TV.

You're now ready to connect the VMcast app to your account.
