Click on the “Sign In My Account” link located in the top-right menu bar on any page of ViewMedica.com.
Click the “Forgot Your Password?” button and enter your account username. Click the “Send Password Reset Link” button. If you don’t remember your account username, see our tutuorial on how to recover your ViewMedica account username.
Now, check your e-mail. Click the “Reset Password” link in the e-mail sent to the address associated with your username. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see an e-mail from ViewMedica in your Inbox.
Enter and confirm your new password on the “Reset Password” page on ViewMedica.com. If you are having trouble, click the “Show Typing” link to reveal the password fields to help avoid typos.
Click the “Reset Password” button. A successful password reset will take you to your user dashboard.
Password reset links are time-sensitive and are only valid for a limited time. If the link expires before you can reset your password, you will see an alert that says, "This password reset token is invalid." You will need to start over and request a new password reset link.
