You can purchase an Amazon Fire TV Stick* directly online from Amazon or from many major retailers. You may also request a pre-setup Amazon Fire TV Stick connected to your account directly from ViewMedica for a fee. (U.S. customers only).

Install the VMcast app

  1. Follow the steps given to you by Amazon to connect your Amazon Fire TV Stick to your TV and wireless internet connection.

  2. From the Fire TV Home screen, navigate to the "Find/Search" option using your FireTV remote's navigation buttons. From the search page, input "vmcast" in the search box.

  3. Press the down navigation button on your remote to highlight "vmcast." Press the "Select" button to search. Highlight and select the VMcast app icon.

  4. Select "Download" and wait for the app to download and install. This may take a few minutes depending on your wireless network speed. When it's done, launch the VMcast app.

You're now ready to connect the VMcast app to your account.

*We do not officially support FireOS devices other than Amazon Fire TV Stick. See other hardware options.
