This article is for showing a promo across all VMcast streams. If you want a promo to run only on a specific stream, see our tutorial on Assigned promos.
From your Dashboard
In the left side menu under VMcast, click “Manage Promos.”
This is the promos manager for your account. Click “Create New.”
Give the promo a name. It will help you find your promo when assigning it.
Click “Build Your Promo.” You'll be taken to the promo creator page.
Click “Set Content" and choose one of the options from the dropdown menu.
(Optional) Under the Settings tab, set the promo playback option to “Fullscreen." This makes the promo fill the TV screen, temporarily hiding all of the VMcast frames.
When you're ready, click the “Promos” link at the top left of the screen. Your new promo will be listed.
Assign your promo to all streams. Click “Assignments” next to your promo.
Toggle "Universal Mode" on.
Click "Save Promo Assignments."
Your promo is now set to play on all of your VMcast streams!
Multiple promos
If you have multiple promos assigned to a stream, they will play according to the set frequency and order you have set.
