Creating new Inspection Types in ViewPoint Cloud is easy and can be done in just a few clicks. First, click on the settings icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. Then, click on the "Inspection Types" menu and begin entering your inspection types. Once you have entered an inspection type, you can add checklist items to the types by clicking the "+ Click to Add a New Checklist Item."

• Once you have clicked Add New Checklist Item, you will have the ability to add a reference code and text.  This can be very helpful if components of a given inspection need to be easily referenced.

• Adding checklist items to an Inspection Type is a highly useful tool, as it allows Inspectors to create inspection statuses in their inspection itself as well as attach photos to a given part of an inspection.
